Pak–China Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) Backbone

Sector: Telecommunications Infrastructure

Scope: Cross-border transmission backbone

Kdotco’s management led the planning and successful commissioning of the Pak–China cross-border OFC transmission backbone — a strategic long-haul fiber link connecting the two countries. The project involved route survey and design of NG-SDH based optical fiber networks, core switching and routing network design, and full commissioning to national-level standards.

OFC Connectivity Project — Erstwhile KPMD (FATA)
